Garlic Mushrooms Kids Can Make

Such a simple side dish to make and the grassfed butter and garlic make it simply delicious. I never suspected Makayla would love these, but if you don’t keep experimenting with your kids you will never know! Baby Bella mushrooms contain:

B-5: for proper carb, protein and fat metabolism)

SELENIUM: Without adequate selenium, your body cannot produce selenoproteins, enzymes that are responsible for supporting the immune system, promoting the function of the thyroid gland and inhibiting free radicals from damaging DNA)

COPPER: plays a vital role in regulating the absorption of iron, contributing to the production of both red blood cells and collagen and supporting energy metabolism)

NIACIN: Also called vitamin B-3, niacin aids with carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism and with the synthesis of a variety of endocrine hormones.


2 packages Baby Bella Mushrooms, washed and pat dry

2 TBSP grassfed butter

2 cloves garlic minced

Optional: sea salt and/or black pepper


Heat pan on medium. Add butter until melted. Add garlic and begin to brown. Toss in mushrooms and simmer until deep brown and soft. Serve as a great side dish!
