Carrot and Broccoli Soup Kids will Eat.
Having trouble getting those veggies into your pickier eaters? Try having them get involved in soup making. This was an impromptu recipe we threw together at 8am one morning after Makayla saw someone making soup on TV. If I had it to redo I would probably make it dairy and gluten free which is more inline with our current eating habits. But at least this was organic and packed a few servings if veggies.
1 container Annies Organic Carrot Bunny Soup
1 cup finely chopped broccoli
1/2 cup organic shredded cheese
Sea salt and pepper to taste
In a sauce pan on medium heat bring all ingredients to a low simmer. Stir occasionally. Once broccoli has brightened and softened remove from heat and enjoy!
